The Children's Department is open for browsing with limitations. There are no toys or games. Two computers are available for kids to use.

The Rainbow Fish Craft & Story
Registration & pick-up of craft begins Thursday, May 20
For children in grades K - 3.
Storytime takes place via Zoom on Thursday, May 27 at 4:00 PM.
Registrants will be emailed the link.
 
 
Bathtime Fun
Registration & pick-up begins
Friday, May 21
For toddlers age 6 - 36 months.
Make tub time fun with a
sensory activity and more!
 
 
Blooming Babies
Registration and pick-up begins
Tuesday, May 25
For newborns - 3-year-olds.
Celebrate spring with this baby kit! Each kit includes a flower picture frame to decorate, sensory activity, booklet of fingerplays and a simple craft for you and your little one to do together. 
 
 
Crazy Hair Heads
Registration & pick-up begins
Thursday, May 27
For children in grades 2 - 5.
Using the supplies provided,
make a funny head
with grass hair!
 
 
Little Red Hen Kit
Registration & pick-up begins
Tuesday, June 1
For todders age 12 - 48 months.
Kit contains a hen craft, a special play chick, a chalk egg for sidewalk art, and some plastic eggs so you can have your own egg hunt at home!
 
 
Feed the Bunny Craft
Pick-up begins Wednesday, June 2
For all ages, no registration,
while supplies last.
 
 
Free Craft Kits every Saturday
The box will be located in
the Children's Department.
 
Concept of the
Week Kit
 
Pick up a new kit Wednesdays, May 19 and 26
To finish our preschool concepts kits, we have a shapes kit and then an emotions kit. Each kit includes a craft, a cut-out, and activity sheets. Recommended for children age 5 and younger. Pick up in the Children's Dept. or call 631-286-0818 ext. 2 to arrange curbside pick-up.
