Hello South Country Community,

Are these dog days of summer getting you down? Well here's a solid batch of programs & activities to help fill up your August calendar. Adults can keep active with our exercise classes, teens and children can frame some summer memories, and every age group has a chance to get crafty. Plus don't forget our events at the Bellport Bandshell later in the month.

See you at the library,
 ~ South Country Library

P.S. Do you know where the term "dog days" came from? Here's the answer from Wonderopolis, and no, it's not from lazy dogs lying around in the summer!
