Guidelines for Participation in Book Bingo
- One card per person This maintains fairness and ensures everyone has an equal chance.
- Age requirement Participants must be 18 years or older, as this program is intended for adults.
- Fair play The focus is on reading books rather than simply completing the card. Participants may be encouraged to discuss their experiences when submitting a completed card.
- Books Must be read during the the event dates of June 8 and July 31. A single book cannot be used for multiple squares.
- Limit Each player is limited to four regular bingos and one blackout (full card) bingo.
- Prize collection For completed cards, prizes should be collected at the Reference Desk on the lower level.
Prizes will be given for achieving five squares in any direction— whether horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

By the end of this 5-week course, you’ll be able to use a variety of resources to make your life easier, from managing everyday tasks to communicating with others. You’ll use the internet to explore your interests and passions, connect with others, and even contact your lawmakers. You’ll also learn best practices for staying safe in the digital world and managing your privacy and security settings in the Chrome browser. This course is a great opportunity to meaningfully practice skills that you learned in a Basics or Essentials course.
