This month’s lobby display features the lovely oil paintings of Mechanicsburg resident Richard Neff. Richard has been a painter for over 50 years, and he has honed his talent beautifully. He was recognized as the Artist of the Year at the Vienna Arts Society in 2018. He is a Member of the Mechanicsburg Art Association, the Art Association of Harrisburg, and the Seven Lively Artists of Harrisburg. He enjoys painting en plein air (painting on site outside), and his subjects reflect that. Richard’s items will be on display until the end of June.
